Rule 145
Transfer of case
1) In any case filed before a subordinate court or any other agency or authority, if any party of the case submits an application showing that justice cannot be done fairly due to financial interests, relationships or other similar matters, the court shall transfer the case to its subordinate having equal authority. Another court or authority may order the transfer.
(2) Before passing the order according to sub-rule (1), the other party should be given an opportunity to express any objection in this regard.
